Just a group of mums telling you the truth.

Honestly so many of us believe you need a load of time to create a worthwhile ‘quiet time’ and it’s time that that ended.

We think that we’ve just been conditioned to believe that aesthetic ‘quiet times’ with coffee, quiet, birdsong and highlighters (😉) are the right way pretty much always but what if we just didn’t subscribe to that narrative anymore?

Because there truly are no rules to meeting with Jesus.

You can just write a few verses each day, build a simple gratitude practice and still feel connected to Jesus and on fire for His word.

You’re allowed to want to go slow amongst the busyness. And you’re definitely allowed to break the rules!

In case we haven’t met before, hiiii, we’re Rooted and here to help you build a consistent life-giving habit of meeting with Jesus. You’ve just landed on the right side of the internet for that.

We found the same with the summer holidays and reading our Bibles, it was easy for our habits and routines to disappear.

That’s why we made Summer of Rest, a journal to help us not only keep a habit over the summer but also to help us lean into what Jesus says about rest (spoiler He thinks it’s good!!).

In the past 2.5 years since we started, we've created 15 printed journals and a similar number of completely free Bible Writing plans.
