Rooted Daily Journal Co. was started in 2023 by Bee, Jo and Bryony. We are women who love Jesus and yet know the challenge of connecting with Him in our busy day-to-day lives.

A couple of years ago we started talking about how we might encourage others to build daily Bible reading habits. We all loved using notebooks in doing our own Bible time, but we wanted something that could hold our thanksgivings, prayers and Bible study in one place. We’d found some great resources in America but had struggled to find anything in the UK market. So we decided to try and create something that we would love and then see if others wanted to use it too.

 

We launched Rooted in December 2023 with a prototype Advent journal and Bible Writing Plan which our closest friends tested for us. We designed the journal around the practice of writing out parts of the Bible because we had seen firsthand how it had transformed our own engagement with God's Word.

 

Since then we have produced seven printed journals and 14 (and counting!) free, downloadable Bible Writing Plans, which have been used by hundreds of people.

Our aim is very simple: we want to help you to spend daily time in God’s Word. Our free plans and journals take all the decision-making out of that process, meaning you can just enjoy spending time with Jesus.
