We know prayer is powerful, but why do we often find it so hard to do?!
This 28-day Kids 'Power of Prayer' journal will help children explore what the Bible has to say about prayer, by writing out passages to help them:
- think about why and how they can pray
- consider how they might keep going in prayer
- be encouraged by the power of prayer.
Every week of the journal has five daily double page spreads with a short Bible passage to write out every day (that match the adult journal), as well as space for their thanksgivings and thoughts (whether written, drawn or doodled!). The final page each week is designed for them to use to reflect on what they've learned that week, before the next week's theme starts.
Our hope is that by using this journal, kids will learn to hear what God is saying to them through His Word. We love it when children realise they can have their own relationship with Jesus and our prayer is that these journals help them on that journey.
